UK Country sensations First Time Flyers have released their brand new single ‘Primadonna’.
The song has been a fan favorite in their live shows for a while now. “It seemed like the obvious choice as the single we release before our debut album Bound To Break comes out in September”, explains Poppy from the band.
The song was written about someone they met in the music industry, prompting the observation that everyone has a bit of Primadonna in them!
“We’ve been asked many times to say who the song is about” reveals Vicki. “Maybe we will if our album goes top 10” she jokes.
Released on August 22nd to coincide with the band’s three performances over the weekend at Long Road Festival, Tim from the band says, ‘I think we enjoy playing the song as much as the fans enjoy hearing it’.
‘I know you shouldn’t have a favorite child’, says Jake, a new father himself, ‘but we do quite like this one!’
The band are fully immersed in festival season right now as they head towards the release of their debut album ‘Bound To Break’ on Sept 12th and their biggest tour to date which starts on Sept 17th in Manchester.
