Today, Multi-PLATINUM, ACM and CMA Award-winning singer-songwriter Riley Green released the official music video for his boozy summer anthem, “Think As You Drunk.” The track is featured on Green’s forthcoming album, That’s Just Me, due September 18th via Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment.

Filmed at Riley Green’s Duck Blind in Nashville, TN and featuring a cameo of his beloved corgi, Carl, the light-hearted and comedic video, directed by Wes Edwards, finds an overserved Green causing a bit of chaos and letting loose at the bar. Starting off as a seemingly normal night followed by a string of increasingly unfortunate mishaps sparked by one too many drinks, he ultimately winds up on stage performing for a good-time crowd. The video leans into the song’s playful spirit, pairing seamlessly with its storyline and bringing Green’s signature humour and personality to life on screen.

Released earlier this summer, “Think As You Drunk,” is classic country storytelling in its purest form. Paying tribute to country music legend Toby Keith, the song is equal parts heartfelt homage and rowdy drinking song, showcasing Green’s knack for capturing the signature sound and down-home charm that have become synonymous with his music. “Think As You Drunk” was written by Green, Jessi Alexander, Erik Dylan, Wyatt McCubbin, and “Ain’t As Good As I Once Was” creators Scotty Emerick, as well as the Late Toby Keith posthumously.

Produced by Dan Huff, That’s Just Me, was written and recorded during a pivotal year in Green’s life and in the midst of the biggest tour of his career. The record serves as a deeply personal multi-faceted body of work that captures the many sides of the country singer as both an artist and songwriter, while exploring everything from fleeting love and lingering heartbreak to beachy escapism and country pride in his plainspoken, lived-in style. The album also features previously released tracks tender ballad “My Way,” which was featured on CBS’ hit series Marshals, and the slow-burning duet “Go Again (ft. Hannah McFarland),” which was released last week.

Further adding to another landmark year, the country superstar recently announced ten additional dates for his largest headlining tour to date, his Cowboy As It Gets Tour.  which will take him to major cities and arenas across the country, including Long Beach, CALos Angeles, CAAustin, TX, and more. Plus, he recently made his acting debut on CBS’ hit drama series, Marshals, in which he played Garrett, a former Navy SEAL and was announced as a coach on the upcoming 30th season of NBC’s The Voice. Continuing his hot streak, Green recently earned his seventh No. 1 at US country radio with “Change My Mind” and took home an ACM award for Music Event of the Year as well as launched his spirits brand Duck Club Bourbon, all while continuing to cement his status as a multi-faceted force in entertainment and an undeniable voice at the forefront of country music.
