We may be just a few weeks in to 2026 but Nashville based Erin Enderlin has already hit the ground running with some exciting announcements. Or given the recent ice storms over there maybe that should be hit the ground skating?
One of the best storytellers around right now, the in demand singer/songwriter/performer has graced the Opry stage over 30 times and has had songs recorded by artists including Alan Jackson (“Monday Morning Church”) Tricia Yearwood (“Put It In A Song” and Lee Ann Womack (“Last Call”). To mark her birthday in January Erin surprised fans with the release of a live version of her poignant song “I Can Be Your Whiskey” which she describes as “one of my favourite songs that I’ve ever written…… about two people that could’ve be broken by life, but instead they keep looking for that human connection”. For me it hits even harder than the full studio version from her 2019 album ” Faulkner County”
But that’s definitely not all Erin’s recent news! Just a few days ago one of her biggest childhood heroes and inspirations, Willie Nelson, released ” Heart of America” , a song she co-wrote alongside Jim ” Moose ” Brown and Jeff Fahey, one of four songs no less which she has writing credits on and feature in the upcoming Amazon Prime series ” The Gray House” .
Produced by Morgan Freeman and Kevin Costner, the series focuses on the powerful, true story of a female spy ring based in Richmond VA during the Civil War. It premieres on February 26th with the soundtrack featuring artists including Lainey Wilson , Drake Milligan and Shania Twain. Its main theme, ” Blood In The River”, performed by the War & Treaty, is another Erin co-write!

Erin will be releasing her own EP , ” Songs From The Gray House ” to mark the occasion on 6th March , her own versions of the songs she wrote for the series.
When it comes to live shows, highlights of her busy upcoming schedule include a songwriters session at the Country Music Hall of Fame on 21st Feb and Peach Jam at The Basement East on 25th Feb , and she steps back into the circle at The Opry on 14th March .
