Josh Ross is coming to the UK and Eire for the first time to perform at the Highways Festival at the Royal Albert Hall in London, and also guest on the six-date tour of the UK & Ireland by Bailey Zimmerman.
‘Trouble’, from Ross’ latest Complicated EP, has been certified Gold in the US; it was already Platinum in his Canadian homeland.
Ross is the first Canadian Country artist in over 15 years to achieve this. He is signed to UMG Nashville / Universal Music Canada, a ground-breaking alliance between these two companies, and releases via Snakefarm in the UK.
An emerging hit maker with more than 300 million career streams, and winner of the 2023 trophy for CCMA Breakthrough Artist of the Year, Ross has fast become one of the contemporary country music scene’s most promising new singer-songwriter-performers, pursuing an unconventional path of his own design.
Featuring tracks such as ‘Single Again’, ‘Matching Tattoos’ and the aforementioned ‘Trouble’, the Complicated EP boldly underlines a true next-generation talent.
Hailed as an Artist to Watch by Spotify, Amazon Music, Pandora, MusicRow, the Grand Ole Opry and more, Ross has toured alongside hard-rockin’ superstars like Nickelback, Brantley Gilbert & Luke Bryan, showing the grittier side of his nature and blue collar credentials.
“I always like to say the songs are where I’m at in my life,” he reflects. “And I think the ‘Complicated’ project is like that. I want to keep people on their toes.”
Ross is certainly doing just that, and anyone who wants to catch a future superstar of country rock should check out the ‘Complicated’ star on these UK and Eire dates; it’s really that simple.
