Reflective Track, “All I Need Is You,” Most Added This Week with 82 Stations
The new era of Chris Janson is taking flight as his newest single, “All I Need Is You,” is most added on Country Radio, making this the Country music veteran’s biggest add date yet. The achievement comes as no surprise after the artist hit the ground running at the start of the new year with a new label, new agent, and new producer, ready to break his previous records. With aspirations to continue the legacy of his award-winning hits “Buy Me A Boat” and “Drunk Girl,” the introspective single embraces all things good ole boy but also acknowledges that nothing compares to the woman he loves.
“Thank you, Country Radio, for an add day of a lifetime, what an honor. I’ve written a lot of songs throughout my career, but this one is something special,” shares Janson. “I’m humbled and excited for the future.”
Produced by Julian Raymond alongside executive producers Janson and Scott Borchetta, “All I Need Is You” employs the best of Nashville’s musical community. Award-winning electric guitarist Tom Bukovac and the legendary Paul Franklin on steel populate a band that also includes Sam Hunter (electric guitar), George Doering (acoustic guitar), Jimmie Lee Sloas (bass), Tim Lauer (Keyboards), Victor Indrizzo (drums), and Blake Bollinger (vocals). Kristen Wilkinson was the string contractor; Lauer orchestrated the string parts. Noted rock engineer Chris Lord-Alge also mixed the track.
In addition to new music, Janson recently announced a new conservation partnership with Tennessee Department of Transportation’s “Nobody Trashes Tennessee” campaign to help educate Tennesseans about the health and safety impacts of litter on our roadways and waterways. Through public service announcements, outdoor advertising, and social media channels Janson is on a mission to help keep the Tennessee outdoors he fell in love with beautiful for generations to come.
The hell-raising performer signed with BMLG Records in partnership with his own Harpeth 60 Records in October of last year and is now in the thick of his 2023 headlining tour with sold-out select dates alongside special guests Tim Montana and Janson’s own protégé and label-mate, Shane Profitt.
