Rightfully the most talked about act of the whole weekend.” Country In The UK

Virginia-bred Americana/country/bluegrass outfit The Jack Wharff Band cemented their reputation as electrifying live performers at C2C in London this past weekend. Lighting up The O2 with an arena performance on the CMA Spotlight Stage on Sunday evening and performances on the Festival stages over the weekend, the genre-defying four-piece were one of the highlights of the event and a new fan-favourite band.

During this debut European tour, The Jack Wharff Band also played C2C Berlin, C2C Rotterdam and headline shows in Dublin, Manchester and Glasgow.

The band’s new EP, Strange, is out now via Big Machine Records. Featuring five tracks, all co-written by lead-singer Jack Wharff, Strange reflects the restless transformation along a journey of self-discovery that comes with life in your 20s.

The Jack Wharff Band is comprised of lead vocalist Jack Wharff, drummer Garrett Howell, bassist Ryan Atchison and guitarist Evan Novoa, who together have captivated fans with an invigorating and genre-defying thrash-grass sound blending elements of country, Americana, bluegrass and rock, drawing influence from fellow artists including Tyler Childers, Sam Barber, Billy Strings and others. Following the online craze surrounding the band’s 2025 track “Washed” and having its song “No Way Out” featured in the “Paramount+ series “Landman,” The Jack Wharff Band has been featured on Holler‘s “20 Best New Country and Americana Artists for 2026,” Shazam Fast Forward 2026 and Absolute Radio Country’s Class of 2026.

Following a surprise invitation from Old Crow Medicine Show’s Ketch Secor, who co-wrote the EP’s “Virginia Can I Stay A While,” The Jack Wharff Band made its Grand Ole Opry debut on February 10th, met with a roaring standing ovation from the audience.
