Lucy Blu is back with a country banger! Essex’s answer to Miranda Lambert and Lainey Wilson returns with ‘High Horse’ as she once again writes something sassy and relatable that’ll keep your boots tapping all summer long.

Some of you may know Lucy from her numerous performances in and around London and the UK, including The Long Road and joining Darius Rucker on stage at C2C or her chart topping singles, some of which have featured here previously.

She has been working on new music recently, and, like previous songs, shes drawn on her personal experience and to write a sassy country pop song about ridding yourself of toxic people, something I’m sure we’re all familiar with. Written with producer Alex Maille, ‘High Horse’ features Lucy’s fiery vocals, and a real country twang to the music. This tune is an absolute banger and you’ll be singing it all summer!
