All three are included in this year’s BCMA Awards nominees; Matt for Best UK Single (The Truth Behind Your Eyes) and Male Artist, Jeremy for Best International Single (Granite Stone) and Gary for Male Artist.\nMatt Hodges is one of the hardest working artists in UK country. Based in Wakefield Yorkshire, he plays all over the country every week. A big man with a huge voice, Matt has scored numerous number one singles in the iTunes country charts and last month released his latest, Blue Ridge Road. His reputation as a live artist continues to grow and we are delighted to welcome him to Country In The Afternoon.\nNashville-based Jeremy McComb has become a regular visitor to the UK and has already built a terrific reputation as a fun and entertaining live performer. A true road warrior in the US, this Idaho-born storyteller spends over 200 days a year on tour, just as happy in a honky-tonk as an amphitheatre. He really brings the show to the fans. His BCMA-nominated single, Granite Stone, is an excellent example of how Jeremy takes unusual topics and weaves them into country magic songs.\nMulti-award winning Gary Quinn is one of the most accomplished songwriters in UK country with a long list of hits and credits to his name. A Northern Ireland native, based in Manchester, Gary is a regular visitor to Nashville and has co-written with many big names in country music. His regular gigging around the country and internationally have also enabled him to develop a great reputation as a consistently personable and entertaining performer.\nEach artist will each play a solo set and the afternoon will culminate in a round with all three on stage performing their own and cover songs.\n
